The Red-White-Red Card
The Red-White-Red Card is the Austrian residence and work permit for qualified professionals from non-EU countries. As a nurse you qualify under the category for skilled workers in shortage occupations.
We prepare the complete application with you: document collection, certified translations, recognition of your diploma and submission to the responsible authority.

Application
Complete the online form and upload your documents.
Requirement: a completed nursing education (e.g. BSN or a diploma in nursing) in your home country.
How it works: fill in the online application and upload your diploma, CV and photo.
What happens next: we review your application within 3–5 days. If the first check is positive, you receive our okay and can choose an interview slot.
Interview
A personal conversation about your qualification and your goals.
We get to know each other, answer all your questions and explain the programme in detail.
It works both ways: we check whether you fit the programme, and you decide whether we are the right partner for you.
After the interview you receive our decision within two days.
German training
Structured German training with Deutsch Talk.
After acceptance: an internal German test places you at the right level and you are assigned to a matching course.
Deutsch Talk trains you from your current level up to B2 — flexible and online.
No pressure: you continue only when our team confirms that you have reached the required level.
Recognition & visa
Nostrification of your diploma and the Red-White-Red Card.
As soon as your German level fits, we submit your documents for nostrification, the official recognition of your nursing diploma.
With the recognition decision we prepare the Red-White-Red Card application for you.
Your part: collecting the documents from our detailed list and having some of them certified. We take care of the rest.
Arrival in Austria
Flight, housing and your new position are prepared.
Everything is prepared before you board: flight booked, accommodation waiting, and your employer Bona Dea Care expecting you.
This is where NOVA ACCESS hands over to Bona Dea Care, who supports you on the ground with integration, family reunification and your professional recognition.
